8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@netdna.io. Upon receiving a valid deletion request:

• We will delete your personal data within 30 days
• Social media access tokens will be immediately revoked
• Published social media content will remain on the respective platforms unless you remove it directly
• Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetDNA Technology Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken by third-party platforms or services
• Unauthorized access to your accounts

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, social media, or marketing services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetDNA Technology Solutions Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
